Objective: these Conditions of Sale regulate the agreement between THE COMPANY and the Client, through the Web

How to order: to place an order through the web, the Client must follow these steps:
Product availability:
The completion of an order through the Website is subject to their availability. THE COMPANY tries to guarantee the stock of all the garments that are for sale. If the requested product is not available or its stock has been exhausted, the Customer will be informed by email and the amount paid will be reimbursed within 15 days of payment.
Right of THE COMPANY to cancel an order:
THE COMPANY reserves the right to reject any order, cancel it or not accept a confirmed order for, among others, the following reasons:
A technical or pricing error occurred on the Website when the order was placed. The product listed in the order is not available. The payment information provided was incorrect or unverifiable. Security systems indicate that the order is anomalous or may be fraudulent. THE COMPANY has not been able, after 2 attempts, to deliver the order to the address provided.

Before processing an order made by the Client, THE COMPANY can verify the data thereof. This may mean verifying the address and creditworthiness of the Client and whether there may be any fraud involved. Regarding possible fraud, THE COMPANY can use a partially automatic verification of all purchases to filter those that are considered anomalous or suspicious and those suspected of fraud. Orders suspected of fraud will be investigated, and THE COMPANY reserves the right to claim legal action against the Client from the relevant authorities.
PAYMENT METHODS
Prices: the prices presented on the website include VAT (Value Added Tax) and are only valid for orders placed online through the Website itself. These prices are in Euros (€).
Payment method: to pay for the order, the Customer can do so through their PayPal account or by bank card through the payment gateway.
Price changes: the prices that appear on the web are subject to change. THE COMPANY reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. However, upon receipt of the order confirmation, the prices to be paid for said order will not be changed. THE COMPANY informs that, despite the meticulous updates that are made to the prices of the Website, they could contain errors. All errors that appear in the prices will be corrected promptly and will not be binding on THE COMPANY.
Value Added Tax: in this way, all purchases made through the web will be subject to VAT, the amount of which is included in the final price of the purchase.
DELIVERY TIMES
Where and when: Deliveries are made every day of the week except weekends (understanding weekends as Saturdays and Sundays) and holidays in the destination country. Orders can only be delivered to private residences or offices
Deliveries are made during office hours. Therefore, Clients are asked to use their work addresses or other addresses where there is someone who can receive the package.
Delivery period: Orders are delivered in a maximum period of between 1 to 4 days, shipments to Spain, and 15 days to other destinations.
Normally the delivery deadline is met and, although THE COMPANY cannot guarantee punctuality since it depends for all purposes on the logistics operator, all orders are delivered within a period of 30 days after the date of confirmation of receipt of the order, at most. Once the order has been sent, the Customer receives a notification email.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs apply to each order. The exact costs of each order depend on the country of receipt. The areas that require the payment of customs duties will not be borne by THE COMPANY and must be assumed by the Client.
Shipments made to Spain will be free for purchases over € 50, if they are less than this amount, € 5 will be charged for shipping, which will be added to the cart at the time of purchase.
For shipments made to the rest of Europe, the shipping costs will be € 10, an expense that will be added to the cart at the time the purchase is made.
WITHDRAWAL
The customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to voluntarily withdraw from their purchase, without any penalty and without indicating the reasons.
The purchase must be returned with all its products. In any case, for hygiene reasons, the products to be returned must be in perfect condition, unused, in their original packaging and seal and with all their accessories.
The customer must bear the costs of return shipping. Postage due will not be accepted in any case.
The customer will be responsible for ensuring that both the product and its packaging arrive in perfect condition, being necessary to package the items properly, in order to avoid possible deterioration during transport.
Once the return package is received, we will verify its status and the moment we verify that both the returned items, as well as any accessories, samples, promotional gifts and documentation, are complete and in perfect condition, we will send the customer an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
The refund of all payments received for the purchase, including delivery costs, will be made within 14 calendar days following the withdrawal.
The refund will be processed through the same means of payment used by the customer for the initial transaction.
We reserve the right to withhold reimbursement until the products have been received or until the customer has provided proof of their return, depending on which condition is met first.
We will not issue a refund if the product has been used.
In the event that the customer receives a wrong product or in poor condition, or in the event of loss or damage of products by the transport company, the customer may request its return and / or replacement, within 14 calendar days. upon delivery. In this case, we undertake to bear the return shipping costs, we will take care of collecting the defective product and / or restoring the missing product for another identical product at no additional cost to the customer.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

For health and hygiene reasons, products that have been unsealed or used after delivery will not be accepted, so they must be in perfect condition and in the same condition in which they were received.
In case of returns, the shipping and collection costs will be borne by the customer. Postage due will not be accepted in any case.
In the event that the product to be exchanged has a higher price than the one previously purchased, the customer must pay the difference in value. If, on the other hand, the new product has a lower price than the one previously purchased, the difference of the amount in cash will not be returned, but will be made in the form of a gift voucher to use in your next purchase.

If the order has not left our warehouses, we will cancel it without problem, but if the order is already on its way, we will have to wait to receive it back and once the receipt of the order is confirmed, the amount of the product will be refunded less the expenses of Shipping and return will be carried out in the same form of payment used in the purchase.
